• SATURDAY AUGUST 8th - WOMENS, MENS
• SUNDAY AUGUST 9th - MIXED

STRUCTURE OF TOURNAMENT

• Non sanction/non DUPR, this is a recreation friendly tournament.
• Max 10 Teams Per Division
• 4 games guaranteed
• The top four teams will move onto the semi-finals
• Placement after round robin games will be determined by the number of wins, followed by head to head match up followed by point differential, total points for - total points against.

STRUCTURE OF GAMES

• All round robin matches will be best two out of three to 11. Win by 1.
• All semi final games will be 1 game to 15, win by two (no time limit)
• The bronze medal match is 1 game to 15, win by two (no time limit)
• The gold medal match is best of 3 games to 11, win by two (no time limit)
• We reserve the right to change the format pending number of registrations per division and overall timing constraints on the day of the event.
• COST: $75 (1 Event) +$30 (2nd Event). Pricing includes HST + Lader Platform Fee.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior are eligible for a 50% refund, less a $10 processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
