Information
Roots is a Grassroots Teams Tournament run on the NPL (National Pickleball League) format.
Teams consist of 2 males & 2 females. Roots has a variety of divisions, distinguished by either the teams collective DUPR or age.
All teams have 5 fixtures per matchup; each player plays 3 fixtures per matchup. All teams will play a minimum of at least 3 matchups during Roots. 9 games minimum for all players

Olive - DUPR12
Mint - DUPR14
Lime - Open Division no DUPR cap
SheWolves - Women’s Division no DUPR cap (half-court singles), teams formed by Team Moa captain Joshua Matthews
Team Moa of the NPL will also be participating in our Open Division, with members of Team Moa captaining their own separate teams (Kea, Kākā, Kererū & Korimako).
Captain of Team Moa Joshua Matthews (also of The Wolfpack) will act as Tournament Director.
Roots will be held at ClubPickle and utilise Lader for all draws & results.
REGISTRATIONS
When registering all players must register individually, Team Captains must inform thewolfpackpickleball@gmail.com your team members and team name. Lader will then configure your team into your elected division. Note: all members must be registered and financial for your team entry to be accepted.
All players must also connect their DUPR to their Lader account. If this is not completed 24hrs after registration the Tournament Organiser may remove the team from the draw.
DIVISIONS
Times and confirmed dates will be listed once all divisions have reached capacity. Players can elect to play both the DUPR12 and DUPR14 as these will be hosted on different days.
