Information
Roots is a Grassroots Teams Tournament run on the NPL (National Pickleball League) format.
Teams consist of 2 males & 2 females. Roots has a variety of divisions, distinguished by either the teams collective or age.
All teams have 5 fixtures per matchup; each player play 3 fixtures per matchup. All teams will play a minimum of at least 3 matchups during Roots. 9 games minimum for all players
Men's Doubles / Women's Doubles / Men's Singles / Women's Singles / Mixed Doubles
DIVISIONS
Olive - DUPR12
Mint - DUPR14
Lime - Open Division no DUPR cap
Emerald - 60+ Division no DUPR cap (half-court singles)
Team Moa of the NPL will also be participating in our Open Division, with members of Team Moa captaining their own separate teams.
Captain of Team Moa Joshua Matthews (also of The Wolfpack) will act as Tournament Director.
Roots will be held at ClubPickle and utilise Lader for all draws & results.
